How to Apply
Admission Criteria:
To apply for the Pre-Medical Track at Trust Academy, Budapest, you do not need to undergo an entrance examination. The primary requirement is the successful completion of your High School studies, without any failed results in your transcripts. Additionally, you must meet the eligibility criteria for university studies in your home country. Proficiency in English at a level of B1/B2 is also necessary.
Application Process:
To initiate the application process, please click on the “Apply now” button and ensure that you upload the following documents:
1- Secondary School Leaving Certificate:
If you are completing High School this year, please provide a certificate from your High School confirming this.
If you are in your final year of high school and will graduate in the upcoming year, please obtain an enrollment certificate from your high school, have it translated into English, and submit it to us along with the detailed academic transcripts for the years you have completed in high school so far.
2- Official Transcripts:
Include transcripts from your secondary school along with an attested translation.
To obtain educational admission, you need an official translation of your latest academic certificate or diploma, as well as an official translation of the detailed grades of your latest academic qualification.
Documents to be translated:
- Official translation of transcripts of the last academic degree or diploma
- Official translation of the certificate of the last academic degree or diploma
- If the student has a bachelor’s degree, he must provide a translation of transcripts and a certificate of bachelor’s degree.
- If the student has a master’s degree, he must also provide a translation of transcripts and a master’s degree certificate.
Specifications of translations:
- Translations must be official.
- It should not be more than one year from the date of translation of the documents.
- Scanned translations must be in color.
- Scanning translations should be clear.
- The scan resolution of translations should be 100-150.
- The format of the submitted files must be PDF.
- Official translation means that your documents should be translated by an authorized translator.
3- Passport or ID Copy:
Please provide a copy of your passport or ID containing your personal data.
The passport must bear the signature of the applicant.
Specifications of photo or scan:
- The passport must be signed.
- The passport photo or scan must be from the first page.
- The scan or photo must be in color.
- The format of the submitted image must be PDF.
- The image or scan must be clear.
- The resolution should be 100-150.
4- Curriculum Vitae:
Submit a Curriculum Vitae in English, formatted in the EUROPASS style.
Applicants over 23 years old need to complete the online CV form.
Additional Documents (after admission):
Upon successful initial review, you will be required to submit the following documents:
1- Medical Certificate in English (sample provided)
2- One recent photo.
*Please take a moment to carefully review the “Declaration of Providence of Information and Consent” document.
Photo specifications:
- The photo must be 6 x 4 in size.
- No more than 6 months have passed since the photo was taken.
- The photo must be a passport and front.
- The background of the photo must be clear.
Application Fee:
The prospective student must pay the application fee to Trust Academy or a Trust Academy representative for the evaluation of documents and issuance of the admission letter.
The fee covers the cost of document evaluation and is non-refundable. Once this fee of 200 Euros is deposited, the student’s documents will be reviewed, and the admission letter will be issued.
Please keep in mind that the application fee is non-refundable in all universities and colleges worldwide, and its payment demonstrates the student’s seriousness in pursuing their education.
Please refer to Appendix 2 for information on Trust Academy’s tuition fees and the application fee.
Notification of Admission:
Once we have thoroughly assessed your application materials and determined that you meet the eligibility criteria for the program, you will be promptly notified of our decision.
Temporary Acceptance Letter:
After receiving your completed application and reviewing your submitted documents, you will be issued a provisional initial acceptance letter. This letter will outline the tuition fees, acceptance conditions, class start dates, and Trust Academy’s bank account details.
The initial acceptance letter will specify the deadline for depositing the stated tuition fees. You are required to make a partial payment of the specified tuition fees by the stated deadline.
If you encounter financial difficulties and are unable to make the tuition payment by the specified deadline, please make sure to email Trust Academy and notify them of the situation. Your payment deadline will be extended accordingly.
Deadline:
The deadline refers to the specific date or time by which a certain action or task must be completed. In the context provided, it would be the date by which a partial payment of the specified tuition fees must be made in order to secure your provisional initial acceptance. The exact deadline should be stated in the initial acceptance letter you receive from Trust Academy.
Exceptions:
While there is no formal entrance examination, please note that in certain cases, we may request a Test of English competence.
English Placement Test:
The details of the English language proficiency test are as follows:
- The English language proficiency test consists of 25 multiple-choice questions.
- Each question has four options to choose from.
- You have 30 minutes for this exam.
- The exam is conducted online, and the date will be specified for you.
- This exam is for assessing your English proficiency level and does not result in a pass or fail outcome.
- Only your English language ability will be evaluated in this exam.
- Don’t stress about participating in this proficiency assessment.
Late Applications:
Late applications may be considered in the event of vacancies.
Usually, the first semester starts on November 1st and continues until December 22nd, lasting about 50 days. Fewer courses are taught during this period to give students who haven’t registered or couldn’t obtain a visa the opportunity to join the course. In these 50 days, the focus will be mainly on English language courses, and students who join Trust Academy after the official start date can still attend classes.
The deadline for registering for the first semester is October 30th, but students with a delay of up to 4 weeks can still join classes.
Eligibility:
All secondary school graduates who are eligible for university studies in their respective home countries are encouraged to apply.

Apply for Admission without a High School Diploma:
It is worth noting that students in their final year of high school can also apply to Trust Academy. These students can participate in Trust Academy’s online classes while completing their high school in their home country. They can simultaneously pursue both their high school education and pre-university courses.
Alternatively, by providing a translated certificate of enrollment for their final year of high school and translating their previous years’ grades, these students can apply for admission and a student visa. After arriving in Hungary, they can commence their studies at Trust Academy and continue their high school education online in Iran or other countries like Canada.
Students in their final year of high school have the option to simultaneously complete both the pre-university course and high school, although it may require extra effort.
Registration documents for students in their final year of high school:
- Official translation of high school transcripts.
- Official translation of the certificate of enrollment for the final year of high school from the school of attendance.
- Copy or scan of a valid passport.
- Passport-sized photo (4×6 cm).
Important Remarks:
- Document Scanning Requirements:
- Each page must be scanned individually and saved in PDF format.
- Document Quality:
- Ensure all required documents are scanned in high quality. Poorly captured images from mobile phones will not be accepted.
- English Language Proficiency:
- We recommend applicants to have an intermediate level of English proficiency, equivalent to a B1 or IELTS score of 3.5. This proficiency is crucial for successful participation in the program.
