Registration of Trust Academy Step-by-Step

Registering to start your studies at Trust Academy in Hungary is an important process that involves several stages. After paying the tuition fees and receiving initial admission, you’ll proceed with the registration process step by step. Here are the detailed steps:

Step 1: Familiarize Yourself with Registration Requirements and Necessary Documents

Make sure you are familiar with the requirements for registration at Trust Academy. These documents include educational certificates, transcripts, recommendation letters, and other documents like a CV and a health certificate, which can be downloaded from the Trust Academy website.

 

Step 2: Gather Required Documents

Ensure that all the Required Documents and Appendices (such as educational certificates, recommendation letters, language proficiency certificates, etc.) are ready and complete.

 

Step 3: Translate Documents (if necessary)

If your documents are in a different language, have them translated so that Trust Academy can evaluate them.

 

Step 4: Pay the Application Fee

Many colleges and universities charge a fee called the Application Fee for processing admission applications. Trust Academy also requires a 200 Euro application fee for reviewing your documents and issuing the final acceptance. This fee should be paid directly or through authorized representatives. Please note that this fee is non-refundable.

 

Step 5: Pay the Admission Fee and Tuition Fee

There is also an Admission Fee for Trust Academy, which is included in your Tuition Fees and doesn’t need to be paid separately.

 

Step 6: Complete the Resume or CV Form

You must complete the Resume or CV form on the Trust Academy website. Ensure that all sections of the resume or CV are filled out.

 

Step 7: Take the Trust Academy English Language Proficiency Test

To determine the language proficiency level of students and applicants at Trust Academy, an English Language Test consisting of 25 questions has been designed. You should Click on the Relevant Link in the Trust Academy registration section and answer the questions within the allotted 30 minutes.

 

Step 8: Submit Documents and Conduct an Interview

Trust Academy requires you to participate in an online interview to assess your listening and speaking skills in English. They may also ask you to provide additional documents. You should click on the link provided to schedule the interview with the admission department at your preferred time. You will need a computer or laptop with a microphone and webcam for this interview. At the designated time specified by the admission department, you must click on the link sent to you by email and participate in the online interview to determine your English language proficiency.

 

Step 9: Participate in the Assessment of Specialized Course Levels Based on the Chosen Program

You must participate in the assessment of your academic status based on the chosen program’s courses. For example, if you have chosen the pre-medical program, you need to take the level assessment tests in biology and chemistry. Similarly, if you have selected the pre-engineering program, you should participate in the level assessment tests in mathematics and physics. Typically, each subject will have 20 questions, and the time for answering is 30 minutes.

Step 10: Medical Health Certificate

Trust Academy has provided a form for a Medical Health Certificate on its website. You should request your physician to provide you with a physical and mental health certificate based on the tests. The certificate should be in English and bear the physician’s stamp and signature.

 

Step 11: Obtaining Final Admission

After reviewing the documents conducting an interview (if necessary), and completing the required payments, including the full tuition fee, you will receive your final admission from Trust Academy.

 

Step 12: Obtaining Visa and Residence Permit

If you have been accepted as an international student, you must apply for a Type D Student Visa from the Hungarian Embassy. The necessary information for this process is available on the Trust Academy website. This visa is for single entry and is valid for 30 days, with a typical duration of 10 months of use.

Students who intend to study online or use online classes until they receive their visa should follow the Trust Academy registration steps online, following the same guidelines, to participate in online classes.

It is usually recommended to seek assistance from Trust Academy representatives for the student visa application. The application for a student visa typically requires various documents that must be prepared with great care. Therefore, it is recommended to seek guidance from the representatives. However, students who wish to apply for their student visa themselves will receive a student visa guide bulletin from Trust Academy.

 

Step 13: Travel to Hungary and Begin Studies

After obtaining the student visa, remember to coordinate with Trust Academy one week before your departure for Hungary to arrange for your entry preparations.

You can utilize the services of Trust Academy guides, but this is optional, and you have the choice. If you choose to use the guide services, you will need to pay a fee of 200, which covers the services that typically take 5 to 7 days.

Now you can travel to Hungary and start your educational journey.

Step 14: Entry to Hungary and Obtaining a Hungarian Student Residence Permit

All students, upon entering Hungary, must first visit Trust Academy, complete the registration process, receive a certificate of enrollment, and then proceed to obtain a student Study Residence Permit within 15 days.

To obtain a student residence permit, students must rent a student dormitory or apartment, sign an official contract with the landlord, and provide a copy of their contract along with the Trust Academy certificate of enrollment, health certificate, and bank account opening statement to the Immigration Office. Additionally, they must complete forms #1 and #2 for immigration and make a reservation for an appointment on the Hungarian Immigration Office website.

For the renewal of the student residence permit, students must initiate the process 45 days in advance each year.

 

Step 15: Signing the Educational Contract with Trust Academy

Students commencing their studies at Trust Academy, whether in-person or online, must, after completing all the registration steps, sign an educational contract with Trust Academy. This contract outlines all the terms, regulations, and educational policies of Trust Academy, as well as the laws of Hungary and the European Union.

By signing this formal and legally binding contract, students are officially recognized as Trust Academy students and are obliged to adhere to Trust Academy’s rules, and regulations, as well as the laws of Hungary.

It is worth mentioning that the Trust Academy contract will be sent to your email after the interview and proficiency exams. You can print it out, carefully read through it, sign all pages, scan it again, and send it back to Trust Academy via your email. Alternatively, you can hand it over to Trust Academy Representatives.

It is worth noting that students who start their studies before obtaining a Hungarian student visa and intend to study online must sign this contract. Afterward, they should scan it and send it in PDF format to the following email address.

Step 16: Commencing Studies at Trust Academy
