Trust Academy Representative Pre-Agreement

This Representative Pre-Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Trust Academy ("Company") and the undersigned representative ("Representative").

1. Appointment:
The Company appoints the Representative as a non-exclusive representative to promote and market Trust Academy's educational programs and services.

2. Responsibilities:
a. The Representative shall actively promote Trust Academy's programs and services using ethical and legal marketing methods.
b. The Representative shall provide accurate information to potential students and assist them in the enrollment process.
c. The Representative shall not make false claims or misrepresent Trust Academy's offerings.

3. Compensation:
The Representative shall receive a commission for each successful enrollment referred by them, as per the Company's commission structure.

4. Training and Support:
The Company will provide training materials, resources, and support to help the Representative effectively promote Trust Academy.

5. Confidentiality:
The Representative agrees to keep all non-public information received from the Company confidential and not disclose it to third parties.

6. Termination:
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the Representative shall cease promoting Trust Academy.

7. Independent Contractor Status:
The Representative is an independent contractor and not an employee, and shall be responsible for their own taxes and expenses.

8. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary.

9. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.

10. Amendments:
Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.

11. Severability:
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.

12. This text serves as a commitment for someone who has applied for non-exclusive representation, and is considered a pre-contractual notice. After receiving the complete information from the applicant for representation and reviewing it by Trust Academy management, if the applicant meets the requirements, a representation agreement will be sent to them. This agreement should be officially read, signed, and stamped by the representative, and then sent back to Trust Academy management.

Upon reviewing the eligibility of the applicant, Trust Academy management will send an authorization letter to the applicant. After receiving this letter, the applicant can commence their activities as a non-exclusive representative.
