  • Special conditions for students entering during the COVID-19 pandemic:
  • Students must undergo COVID-19 tests (PCR test) 48 hours before entry.
  • Necessary tests for college registration after arrival, such as HIV, Hepatitis B (HBV), and a chest X-ray report in English.
  • A certificate of physical health from a doctor in Iran in English (sample certificate available on the Trust Academy website).

  • The final decision-maker is the Hungarian Embassy and the Immigration Office of Hungary.
  • The student must personally visit the embassy to apply for the student visa.
  • The student must be present in front of the embassy half an hour before the embassy appointment time.
  • The student must complete the required documents and be fully prepared in English for the embassy interview.
  • The student should be aware that any delay or procrastination in providing educational documents for the student visa application by the applicant or canceling and rescheduling the visa appointment by the embassy, is the responsibility of the student. The embassy may not offer another appointment for up to 6 months.

  • Four passport-sized photos (4.5*3.5 cm).
  • Personal résumé in English.
  • Original and copy of a valid passport (valid for more than one year, preferably with at least 14 months validity considering the visa processing time, and signed by the applicant).
  • Translation of financial capability letter (from father, mother, or legal guardian).
  • Three-month bank statement in English with a minimum balance equivalent to 10,000 euros at the daily exchange rate.
  • Translation of employment certificate of the father (if applicable) on company letterhead with official stamp and signature.
  • Official pay stub from the company or workplace, indicating income, earnings, and deductions, dated one month prior to applying for the Hungarian visa (the amount of income should be consistent with the job title and the amount of funds in the bank account should be synchronized with the monthly living expenses of the student in the country plus the monthly current expenses of the family, equivalent to a minimum of 1,000 euros per month).
